Drop-2 voicing explorer

A drop-2 voicing is a four-note chord with its second voice from the top dropped an octave — the article tells that story in full. Here is every one the Drop2 app teaches: pick a root, a chord quality, and a string set, and the four inversions are drawn and played the way the app plays them.

The voicings you hear are the app’s own sampled guitar — and the bass its Play-Along band’s — from the MuseScore General sound library, used under the MIT license.
